The application scope of gear production model can be roughly divided into three aspects: production model for plastic gear, production model for powder metallurgy gear and production model for precision forged bevel gear. Among them, the demand for production models for plastic gears is relatively large. Gear is a more precise part. A little deviation may affect the function of all gears. The plastic gear production model looks simple, but it is the most complex. For example, the gear module, the size of helix angle, the determination of hole position and other factors affect the design of gear production model. Precision and life are the most important issues in the research of gear production model. At present, the domestic gear production model is still in the primary stage. Generally, plastic gears with small and medium modulus are processed with the production model. However, due to the deformation and shrinkage in the process of plastic gear processing, and the precision change discipline after shrinkage, the domestic research is not in-depth, which is one of the important reasons restricting the development of plastic gear production model.
At present, medium and low gear production models can be produced in China, and high-grade gear production models mostly rely on imports. There are few factories specializing in gear production models in China. Most of them make gear production models by gear factories themselves. Gear factories often set up a section or workshop to undertake this work. In terms of precision forged bevel gears, the bevel gear production models manufactured by Zhuzhou gear, Jiangsu spaceship, Pacific precision forging and other enterprises are relatively good in the gear production model industry, and the quality of precision forged bevel gears is also high. In terms of plastic gears, generally speaking, plastic gears and their production models are mainly distributed in two regions. One is Ningbo, Zhejiang, where there are more than 340 plastic gear factories, which is also the largest production base of plastic gear production models in China; Another is Shenzhen Bao'an, which is mainly Hong Kong funded enterprises with high product accuracy and is mainly used for export.
At present, there is neither national standard nor ready-made industrial standard for the processing of gear production model, especially in the production model of plastic gear. In terms of the nature of the specification, it should be divided into technical specification and product specification. The technical specification is a relatively open specification, but the product specification is very difficult to do. Many aspects should be considered, such as the experimental specification, accuracy specification and test device specification of gear production model. Therefore, the formulation of the standard is not a day's work. It must be based on the expansion of the industry and strong economic strength. When the conditions are ripe, it will be the date of the introduction of the standard. Under the national production model Standardization Technical Committee, there is no specification for gear production model. This is because for researchers of production model specification, they are mostly concerned about the status of production model, and gear is not their focus. Gear researchers and production model researchers belong to two disciplinary systems, which brings absolute difficulty to the formulation of relevant specifications. Luo Baihui, an expert in the production model industry, believes that the effective way to formulate gear production model specifications should consider the mutual assistance between industry associations, and industry associations should establish and unify the specifications. Except that several universities such as Dalian University of technology and South China University of technology are studying gear production model, there is no special research institute to do this work.
It is an urgent task for relevant associations and departments to concentrate the strength of gear industry and some university research institutions to do integrated research and mutual assistance in process equipment, plastic connotation and deformation discipline. The establishment of "small module gear working committee" is to focus on discussing and solving the problems existing in the production of small module gears. Nowadays, the earliest and most complete gear production model norms in the world are the Western powers. China's gear production model should learn from the norms of Western powers and gradually establish its own industrial norms and national norms according to the needs of development. Specifically, it is necessary to promote the factory logo of some better enterprises and turn it into China's industrial standard in combination with foreign advanced standards. In this way, standardizing the market through process standardization will better promote the development of the industry.
In terms of the whole industry, the sound of gear production model is very small and spontaneous, and the establishment of relevant professional associations is to change this situation. However, the establishment of the association is only the first step. Next, it is necessary to count and analyze some basic situations in the industry, formulate specifications, make plans according to the actual situation, reflect the voice of the industry to relevant departments, and promote the adjustment of relevant national industrial policies, so as to promote the development of domestic precision gear production model industry
Looking at the current situation of gear production model in China, it can be described as mixed. Fortunately, the production of gear production model is absolutely the foundation, and the general trend of plastic gear development will bring greater market space to gear production model; The worry is that there is still a gap between the level of domestic gear production model and the world advanced level. Moreover, under the trend of the great development of the gear industry, especially the plastic gear industry, the domestic response to market changes is not sharp enough, and the supporting research is difficult to keep up with the market demand.
